My Improvers course is designed to follow on from the Beginners course.

These one-hour sessions are structured with

  • warm up – I will teach you how to get your body ready for exercise to help minimise the risk of picking up an injury
  • drills – a chance to learn and improve how we run
  • a work-out session
  • cool-down – I will teach you how to finish off a workout to ensure your body is more easily able to recover.

The intention is to build on what we’ve learned in the Beginners course. The Improvers course is all about making you a stronger runner. We’ll run in a few different places and work on getting your running technique as efficient as we can and take on a few more challenging runs,
