I’ve done a few workouts at the gym and on the treadmills but this was the first time hitting the pavements since the Greater Manchester Marathon on 29 April. For which I’ve now got two T-Shirts.
Anyway, all went OK, not me at my fastest but I’m not complaining. Good to get out there again.
