A busy day yesterday.

More legal paperwork appeared and so I started moving a few things forward although trying to get sense out of Barclays regarding a mortgage done through them was a good demonstration of why I won’t be dealing with them in the future. I hope.

Work was a bit more compus mentus without taking the white noise in with me. I even got a few things done which was pleasing after the abject failure of the previous day.

As I finished up, the opening ceremony of the London Olympics was starting. I think there was a bit of an issue regarding the history of the UK with Suffragettes, the industrial revolution and the Beatles seemingly coinciding but actually it was pretty good stuff albeit considerably drawn out. 3.5 hours later Paul McCartney took to the stage so I went to bed.
