An unexpected break in the blog due to unexpected circumstances.

My husband passed away suddenly on 11 June 2012 following a long period of ill health from complications due to a type of cancer called Multiple Myeloma. The funeral was held yesterday and some 270 people turned out to pay their respects.

A difficult and emotional day following on from a horrendous week. Now I may get a chance to grieve.
