Not baked for a while and got a blast of inspiration whilst in the Spar/Post Office seeing some of their chocolate on offer.

Hence the birth of Chocolate, Honeycomb and Fudge muffins. I suppose the next logical step would be to deep fat fry them, but I’m not convinced about that!
