A Simple Oatmeal Cookies recipe. You’ll end up with a load of these!
Oatmeal Cookies
- 220 g Butter
- 220 g Light brown sugar
- 100 g White sugar
- 245 g Rolled oats
- 145 g Raisins
- 190 g Plain flour
- 5 g baking powder
- 2 medium Eggs
- 2 g Ground cinnamon
- 1 g Ground cloves
- 3 g Salt
- 5 ml Vanilla extract
- Cream sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients
- Mould into balls and press out into discs on a lined baking tra
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 175C
