It’s a bank holiday in the UK. Which normally means rain. And yes, lots of it forecast. It coincides with my weekend off which is good, especially in the light of the last few days.

Actually the rain didn’t arrive here until after 2pm and I managed to get a 10 mile run in before it AND get to and from work to get showered – my shower is out of action at the moment! And this was a better option than getting caught in the deluge that followed shortly after getting home.

Otherwise a day of household things. And battling with Barclaycard’s verification system to book my place in 3 races. So need to get the training ramped up, get the fitness back.

Head still a mess but I seem to be getting a grip again. Hopefully this will continue to move in the right direction.
